Social impact

At ELIS Advantage, social impact is central to how we approach corporate responsibility. We contribute through financial donations, sponsorship, donated professional time, reduced-fee or funded work, free educational resources, and support for charities and community organisations.

Our approach is to use the resources we have our time, expertise, platforms and finances in ways that support inclusion, wellbeing, leadership, learning and community impact.

This includes supporting initiatives through investing in community wellbeing and connection, providing funded or subsidised access to development opportunities, and contributing professional expertise through facilitation, coaching, supervision, training, research and consultancy.

We have also supported initiatives with a clear connection between inclusion, wellbeing, and amplifying voices that might otherwise go unheard. This has included sponsorship of numerous organisations including BelongTo, the Simone, Amnesty International, and local community efforts.

We distinguish between donations and sponsorship. Donations are financial contributions made without commercial benefit, while sponsorship supports a specific event, programme or activity where ELIS Advantage is visibly involved.

Our social impact also includes sharing free educational resources, amplifying charities and community organisations, supporting fundraising activity, and making our professional expertise more accessible through pro bono, reduced-fee, or subsidised work.

For us, corporate responsibility is not separate from our wider purpose. It connects directly with our commitment to creating workplaces and communities where people can do great work and thrive, and where inclusion is reflected in what we do, not only in what we say.
