Partners in performance and inclusion
Who we are
At ELIS Advantage, we’re a bunch of real people, doing meaningful and impactful work united by our commitment to co-create workplaces where everyone can perform and thrive.
Through data-driven, needs-based, and sustainable leadership solutions, we support organisations to achieve high performance while fostering inclusive environments where people and organisations succeed together.
What we do
We deliver leadership solutions that are:
Data-driven
Grounded in evidence to ensure meaningful results.
Needs-Based
Tailored to your organisation’s unique challenges.
Sustainable
Designed for long-term impact.
How do we do it?
Our principles guide our decisions and behaviour:
We have fierce conversations.
We work with leaders and organisations to engage in honest, evidence-informed conversations that surface what really matters for performance, inclusion, and progress.
We practice compassionate accountability.
We support people and systems to take responsibility for action and impact, balancing challenge with care as change is designed and delivered.
We take aligned action
Our solutions are grounded in organisational needs and context, ensuring strategy, behaviour, and systems move in the same direction.
We choose the most effective option
We focus on what works in practice, drawing on data, experience, and insight to prioritise effectiveness over performative or one-size-fits-all approaches.
We design the most inclusive solutions
We co-create leadership and organisational solutions that include diverse needs and perspectives, enabling sustainable performance for individuals, teams, and organisations.
