When this programme is useful
You know how to run a session, coach a person or facilitate a process. Then a group brings competing needs, unspoken tension or a decision the organisation cannot avoid. You need to understand what is happening beneath the presenting problem and decide what the work needs from you now.
This programme brings together research-informed learning, psychological insight, reflective practice and an applied project. It helps you strengthen how you notice, interpret and respond when people, performance and complexity intersect.
It is a good fit if you:
Facilitate, coach, develop or support people and want a stronger framework for working with complexity, power, culture and group dynamics.
Want to move beyond methods and techniques and develop trust in your professional judgement.
Want to integrate inclusion and performance in your work.
Want to connect your interventions with organisational purpose and demonstrate their real-world impact.

How The Include-Performance Framework® Programme works:
1. Deepen your practice: Explore research-informed learning, psychological insight, group dynamics, anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practice, data and systems thinking. Develop how you notice and interpret what is happening beneath the presenting problem.
2. Apply it in real work: Bring your learning into live facilitated development, peer learning, reflective practice and your own applied project. Use the Include-Performance Framework® to work with complexity, power, culture and competing needs within the reality of your context.
3. Sustain your development: Continue learning through the facilitator resource library, research updates and international Community of Practice. On meeting the programme criteria, you can receive certification, a digital badge, a one-year facilitator licence and a directory listing.
Your Facilitator Programme includes

Five live online faculty-facilitated development sessions
Weekly pre-recorded lessons and online self-directed learning between sessions
Peer-to-peer development and mentoring
An applied real-world project

You are entering a development, application and professional practice process designed to continue beyond the programme itself.
“I came into this programme desiring to be more confident in my ability to facilitate groups and work with groups. By the end of it I was challenged and stretched in ways I just did not expect. I am less restricted within myself as a person and as a facilitator as a result of this programme, I’m more at peace that I will forever be a work in progress and I’ve learned skills that make me less rigid around “who I work with”. I am clearer on my personal style of facilitation and finally have a better sense of when my style is working, when it isn’t and being more attuned to what the work/group needs as opposed to what might be more comfortable for me.”

“This programme gave me something I had been looking for for a long time: a framework that honours both the relational and evidence-based aspects of facilitation. It deepened my understanding of power, positionality, and the role of self-awareness in practice. More than anything, it helped me trust process, trust myself, and understand that effective facilitation is less about being right and more about being present, responsive, and grounded. Sile and the team at ELIS Advantage provide a challenging, inclusive and highly worthwhile learning experience that has improved so many aspects of my practice.”
Develop facilitators within your organisation
The Include-Performance Framework® Train the Facilitator programme can build internal capability to embed inclusion and performance in everyday practice, decision-making and systems. Participants apply their learning to real organisational challenges while developing a shared approach to complex people and performance work.
What could your organisation gain?
More consistent practice across teams. Licensed internal facilitators can use a shared, evidence-informed approach to development, change, performance and inclusion.
Greater capacity to work with complexity, power and culture. Participants develop their ability to facilitate difficult conversations, navigate competing needs and respond to organisational tensions.
Learning connected to real work. Each participant undertakes an applied project in a workplace or client context, creating an opportunity to examine what changes in practice and what impact can be evidenced.
Capability that continues beyond the programme. The facilitator licence, supervision, resource library, research updates and Community of Practice support continuing development and quality assurance.
For organisations considering a programme for an internal team, tell us about your context, the people you want to develop and the challenges they are working with.

“I am grateful to have followed my impulse to sign up for the course. It was very well hosted, structured and done by Sile and ELIS advantage. In our online sessions and throughout my working through the in-depth materials I deepend my knowledge of already known theories and methods, while also learning about formerly unknown approaches. The course showed me how important it is to develop an intuitive sense for your facilitation style, yet to be a student of life and learn the theory to back up your intuitive approaches.”

Grounded in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and inclusive approaches, creating safer, more equitable spaces.
Works from a strengths-focused perspective, building on what’s real and possible to support sustainable progress.
Applies a glo-localised model, empowering regional teams to adapt to context while contributing to global alignment.
Uses data-informed solutions to enhance performance and solve problems while embedding inclusive practices.
Leverages emergent approaches to respond to shifting workplace challenges with agility, innovation, and effectiveness.
Unlike generic facilitation training, this programme embeds inclusion, data, and systemic practice at its core, making it directly relevant to the complexities of modern organisations.
