About the Facilitator

Growing up in East Germany, I built an early career in leadership and realized that guiding a team successfully and inclusively requires much more than just hard skills. In my mid‑20s, I went to university to study social science, where I discovered my passion for international relations and conflict studies. Later, during an international MA program in Peace and Conflict Studies, I recognized that peace is the under‑researched dimension I had been missing all along. Since then, my work as a founder, mediator, and facilitator has had one goal: increasing people’s capacity to experience peace.

  • I work with individuals, as well as public, non-governemental, and civil society organisations, as well as corporations. I provide conflict transformation processes, trainings, workshops, and seminars around conflict resolution, inclusion, leadership, peacebuilding, and facilitate mediation processes as well as dialouges spaces.

  • The Include Performance Framework deepens my professional work with the leadership approach called Peaceful Leadership. It is an inclusive approach focusing on building trust and psychological safety within ones team and circle of influence. My latest approach bring Peaceful Leadership into the political sphere, training parliamentarians to upskill their leadership capabilities.
