How does ELIS Institute connect to ELIS Advantage?
At ELIS Advantage, meaningful impact requires Effective Leadership and Inclusive Solutions grounded in real-world experiences and rigorous research. Yet significant barriers persist in both producing and accessing robust knowledge. The ELIS Institute addresses this through its education, research, and publishing pillar, creating accessible, high-quality insights that overcome current limitations in knowledge development and dissemination.
We consciously develop relationships with independent thought leaders, researchers and professionalsto surface conversations, research, and knowledge that amplify traditionally undervalued voices and ideas.
ELIS Advantage (The Doing)
At ELIS Advantage, we provide industry solutions and support for real workplaces and leaders, which is deeply enhanced by the ELIS Institute’s work.
ELIS Institute (The Knowing)
In the ELIS institute pillar, we partner with thought leaders to develop data-driven insights, research, and publications to inform people's practices in our workplaces and communities.
How do we do it?
Our principles guide how we research, inquire, and contribute to understanding at work.
We have fierce conversations.
We explore complex, often uncomfortable questions through research and dialogue, challenging assumptions and expanding how leadership, inclusion, and performance are understood.
We choose the most effective option
We prioritise approaches that are evidence-informed, context-aware, and genuinely useful, rather than defaulting to trends or familiar narratives.
We practice compassionate accountability.
We hold ourselves, our partners, and our thinking to account combining rigour with care in how evidence is gathered, interpreted, and shared.
We design the most inclusive solutions
We integrate multiple forms of data and lived experience, ensuring diverse perspectives shape the research questions, insights, and publications we produce.
We take aligned action
Our research and publications are intentionally connected to real organisational and societal needs, ensuring insight translates into meaningful understanding and use.
