  • Independent practitioners working with or within organisations, communities, or systems.

  • People professionals, including HR, People & Culture, Learning & Development, Wellbeing teams, managers, facilitators, and team leads.

  • Psychologists and coaching psychologists are integrating individual, team, and systemic perspectives to enable performance and inclusion.

What makes it different?

Most facilitation training focuses on methods. This one transforms practice. The Include-Performance Framework® strengthens professional practice wherever people and progress intersect, from coaching and leadership to organisational and community development.

  • The diversity of participants' professional and lived experiences enhances the applicability and robustness of the framework and the Train the Facilitator development.

  • Emphasises the ‘how’ and ‘what’ of Include-Performance Framework® facilitator practice to build clarity and confidence in complex environments.

  • Recognises the self as a tool of change, developing self-awareness, authenticity, and reflective practice.

  • Draws on psychological insight and group dynamics to work effectively with individuals, teams, and systems.

  • Grounded in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and inclusive approaches, creating safer, more equitable spaces.

  • Works from a strengths-focused perspective, building on what’s real and possible to support sustainable progress.

  • Applies a glo-localised model, empowering regional teams to adapt to context while contributing to global alignment.

  • Uses data-informed solutions to enhance performance and solve problems while embedding inclusive practices.

  • Leverages emergent approaches to respond to shifting workplace challenges with agility, innovation, and effectiveness.

  • Unlike generic facilitation training, this programme embeds inclusion, data, and systemic practice at its core, making it directly relevant to the complexities of modern organisations.

  • The Include-Performance Framework® is research-informed and developed by the ELIS Advantage team, specialists in inclusive leadership and organisational development. It will be continuously updated as new insights, data, and real-world challenges call for adaptations.
