Olga is an Inclusion and Belonging Programme Manager with a multidisciplinary background spanning Human Resources, Organisational development, Project Management, Strategic consulting and Education management. She brings a structured, human-centred approach to complex challenges, combining strategic thinking, programme management, process improvement, and cross-domain problem-solving to deliver sustainable and impactful outcomes.

Cross-domain knowledge – I can draw from many fields at once ( used to work as project manager in infrastructure projects, and as a performance excellence consultant in strategic consulting) rather than specialising in just one.
