About the Facilitator

Olga Vezertzi is an experienced professional in the engineering and professional services consulting sector, with a multidisciplinary background across business, technology, HR and organisational development. Her expertise includes structured thinking, process improvement and cross-domain problem-solving, alongside extensive experience in cultural inclusion, cultural intelligence and inclusive leadership.

Services and Expertise

  • Cross-domain knowledge – I can draw from many fields at once as I used to work as project manager in infrastructure projects (business, technology, HR etc.) rather than specialising in just one.

  • Structured thinking and process improvement – I organise ideas into frameworks, steps, or categories to make complex topics easier to understand. I have experience in process improvement techniques.

  • Communication adaptation – I can adjust tone and complexity (e.g., executive-level summary vs. beginner explanation).

  • Availability of perspectives – I can simulate different viewpoints (e.g., strategist, analyst, skeptic) to stress-test ideas.
Cultural inclusion & inclusive leadership – Over the past years, I have worked extensively on cultural inclusion and intelligence programs and advising teams
