Leadership In Tune:

Cultivating Impact Through Connection

Book cover titled 'Leadership in Tune' with the subtitle 'Cultivating Impact Through Connection' by Ciarán Casey, featuring a dark blue background with light blue dotted pattern.

Written in a reflective, story-led style, the book blends lived experience, real leadership cases, relational diagnostics, and a structured 90-day integration plan. It is both philosophical and practical offering leaders a way not just to understand relational leadership, but to practise it deliberately.

Drawing on more than thirty years of senior leadership experience and five years of focused leadership development work, Ciarán Casey offers a practical and deeply human approach to leading in complex environments.

Why it matters

A three-column infographic illustrating leadership development through relationship. The first column, titled 'Connected Self,' highlights inner capacities such as authenticity and emotional intelligence. The second column, titled 'The Bridge,' covers relational conditions like trust and presence. The third column, 'Shared Impact,' describes outcomes like influence and co-creation. A central message emphasizes that leadership is experienced where these elements intersect, mediated through relationships.

In today’s workplaces, authority is no longer sufficient for effective leadership. As Ciarán Casey emphasises, leadership is experienced before it is evaluated. This experience is shaped by attunement, where a leader notices what is happening beneath the surface and responds in ways that build trust rather than erode it. Leadership in tune is reflected in how others feel in your presence and whether influence becomes shared ownership instead of reluctant compliance. The Conscious Relational Impact Model™ offers leaders a compass for creating resonance, coherence, and shared movement - even in times of uncertainty.

The Conscious Relational Impact Model™

Leadership in Tune, introduces the Conscious Relational Impact (CRI) Model™, a relational framework grounded not in control, but in conscious alignment. It begins from a simple premise: leadership succeeds or fails in the space between people.

At its heart, the CRI reframes leadership as attunement - the capacity to notice what is happening between individuals and respond with intention rather than reflex.
